In March 2020, a group of therapists from Central Minds formed the COVID-19 Mental Health Relief Committee, aiming to support individuals in Hong Kong who have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic by providing them with short term pro-bono mental health support.

In partnership with Mind HK we launched the COVID-19 Mental Health Relief Scheme in August 2020.

Individuals can now sign up to receive up to 3 one-on-one online sessions provided free of charge by a group of qualified clinicians and healthcare providers across Hong Kong’s public and private sectors.

Priority will be given to individuals in quarantine, individuals who have tested positive for the virus and as a result been hospitalised and essential workers.

Sessions will be offered in English and Cantonese to those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
