A 6-week closed group for mums who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed or burned out.

Being a parent is one of the most rewarding yet challenging jobs we can face. Reward yourself with some time spent focusing on you & learn how to translate your new skills into the busy demands of everyday life.

This is a therapeutic group programme for mums struggling to prioritize or manage their own self-care needs.

You evidence-based, practical & sustainable, self-care strategies for maximizing your psychological & physical wellbeing, whilst balancing competing professional and personal demands.

The group programme is informed by a cognitive-behavioural (CBT) approach, one of the most scientifically proven approaches for addressing issues related to anxiety, stress and low mood.

Interested participants are invited to have a 15 minute phone consultation with Dr. Browne ahead of the first session, for her to ensure suitability for the group.

80% attendance mandatory to ensure group cohesiveness.

Facilitator

Dr. Tess Browne is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, and a mum of two, with over 16 years of Clinical experience. She has worked with a wide range of mental health issues & disorders, across the lifespan in both the United Kingdom & Hong Kong.

Dr. Browne has received specialist post – doctoral training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
