Interpersonal Process Group
Facilitator: Dr. Tess Browne
A 6-week closed group for mums who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed or burned out.
Being a parent is one of the most rewarding yet challenging jobs we can face. Reward yourself with some time spent focusing on you & learn how to translate your new skills into the busy demands of everyday life.
This is a therapeutic group programme for mums struggling to prioritise or manage their own self-care needs.
You evidence-based, practical & sustainable, self-care strategies for maximising your psychological & physical wellbeing, whilst balancing competing professional and personal demands.
The group programme is informed by a cognitive-behavioural (CBT) approach, one of the most scientifically proven approaches for addressing issues related to anxiety, stress and low mood.
Interested participants are invited to have a 15 minute phone consultation with Dr. Browne ahead of the first session, for her to ensure suitability for the group.
80% attendance mandatory to ensure group cohesiveness.
