What the group would entail?
This Workshop consists of 4, 75 minute, interactive classes (also referred to as ‘sessions’) to explore the benefits of using Strategic Communication Skills in order to enhance our Boundaries with others, thus seemingly effortlessly transforming our lives. Participants will have the opportunity to fully engage in the Educational process as well as role play, dissecting case scenarios, open discussions and generous amounts of Q&A opportunities.
Personal/Professional Empowerment and Strategic Skills have been embraced by the Workshop participants in the past.
This Workshop is a great way to begin to help participants to process and manage their lives with intent.
During our last session we will spend time reinforcing our new skills and demonstrating the concepts presented in this workshop.
What is the role of the therapist?
It is the therapist’s responsibility to manage the process of the Workshop and to ensure a smooth, safe, and effective participant experience resulting in creating a new understanding of how strategic communication can greatly affect our lives.
Unit 2001, 20th Floor, Ruttonjee House Ruttonjee Centre, 11 Duddell Street, Central, Hong Kong
This Workshop will be organized using a ‘ramp up’ style to Educational Presentations with the goal of easing participants into new skills and strategies with an organic concept flow.
Is this group for me?
Participating in a workshop on communication and boundary skills can be a transformative experience. It equips individuals with the tools to express themselves clearly and assertively, fostering healthier personal and professional relationships. The workshop empowers participants to set and respect boundaries, promoting self-respect and mutual understanding.
This, in turn, reduces stress and enhances productivity. Moreover, the process of setting boundaries encourages self-reflection, leading to a deeper understanding of one’s values and needs. Ultimately, such a workshop can be a stepping stone towards improved mental health, self-efficacy, and interpersonal relationships.
Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions as each new Workshop session builds on the previous concepts.
Participants do not need to pass a pre-screen due to the nature of the workshop.

Couples: There is something undeniably powerful, and healing about being in a secure loving partnership. However, when our important relationships come under stress, they can be completely debilitating. Adults: Conscious and unconscious beliefs, assumptions, and relational patterns can hold people back from living the lives they envision. Bhavna is passionate about helping people move through “stuckness”, manage depression and anxiety, overcome self-doubt, deal with change, learn coping skills for stress, heal shame, shift their inner critical voice and befriend themselves, and develop greater awareness of their feelings, needs, and desires.
Teens: Bhavna helps teens cope with the challenges of adolescence, including the pressures that come with a 24/7 online presence, anxiety around school/exams/friends, depression, feelings of inadequacy, and addictions. Bhavna also provides coaching to teens to unlock their potential, motivation, and self-confidence, and helps bring them in alignment with their goals.
