| Registration with Professional Bodies | Several of our therapists are registered providers with the Hong Kong Institute of Clinical Psychologists (HKICP) and the Hong Kong Psychological Society (HKPS). This registration can facilitate smoother insurance claims, as many insurance providers only cover services from therapists who are registered with these professional bodies. |
| Bupa Direct Billing | Central Minds has a direct billing agreement with Bupa, which means that we can accept direct billing for specific Bupa policy holders, making it easier for you to access our services without the hassle of submitting claims yourself. To ensure a smooth start to your therapy journey, please send us your Bupa member card details, so we can verify your coverage. Upon verification Bupa requires that you obtain a guarantee of payment for the first session. This can be done by calling Bupa directly and then bringing the guarantee of payment to your first session. |
